I am super excited to give you some news and let you know that next month I will be releasing a Kickstarter campaign. If you haven’t heard of Kickstarter then Kickstarter basically helps artists, musicians, filmmakers, designers, and other creators find the resources and support they need to make their ideas a reality. To date, tens of thousands of creative projects (big and small) have come to life with the support of the Kickstarter community.
Now don’t stop reading because the best thing about it is that by supporting the Kickstarter campaign you will receive an exclusive benefit. For the first time I am revealing to you that the first pledge of support will be just £15 and for this you will receive a personally signed copy of the paperback edition, plus your name in the supporters’ list within the book’s acknowledgements section, plus a limited edition bookmark.
Now why am I letting you know here? It’s simply because I need your support before the release as well as on the release of “Isolation Junction“. I am looking for people to pledge as soon as the campaign goes live. behind a successful campaign is to start with those already supporting and to give it a boost to begin with.
I have a growing list of supporters willing to pledge on the release of the campaign and would love you to join in… If you would like to support the campaign then please fill out the form below and I will personally contact you with the official date and on release with the link.
If your wondering why you should support it? Alongside the exclusive benefit for pledging… This is going to help bring awareness to domestic abuse and specifically the emotional abuse. I hope that in reading my book, I will raise awareness of this often hidden and unseen behaviour and empower women in abusive relationships to seek help for themselves and find the confidence to change their lives. Just by building awareness of the book here and on social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), I have helped women in conversation with situations they are in.
I’m looking forward to your support and readership. Please pop comments below and let me know what you think of the future Kickstarter campaign.
