A little bit late posting this on the 2nd February, but its here, January’s wrap up and what a fantastic month to start 2018.

To start January I decided to collate my Goodreads information and share it with everyone as well as my challenge for 2018 and my ever growing TBR list. You can read what I am reading this year over on my first blog post of the year here.

I did a FREE kindle promotion which was the first I had ever done and it was a huge success with over 500 downloads. Here is a list of bloggers and their posts of who joined in on sharing the news.

I reached a NEW milestone with Isolation Junction reaching number 2 in the US Amazon charts. I couldn’t of done it without the help of bloggers and supporters who follow me on social media, so thank you all. If you have read Isolation Junction then do please review it as it always helps in the Amazon Charts and how Amazon suggest and share it to others.

Absolutely love getting fan photo’s, please do share selfies or book/kindle photo’s with me on social media- I would love to share them. You can also use the hashtag #IsolationJunction which I RT from and use. This photo is from Dorota who is a fantastic supportive friend of mine.

The first #bookfairy I have seen using one of my books, I was delighted to see this come up on Twitter and from a fellow author. If you haven’t heard of the book fairies, in short term people all over the world leave books for others to pick up and read and it has a sticker placed on the front explaining. Isolation Junction is certainly one to put out to be picked up because it could help so many, thank you Isabella for sending out into the world, this was sent out in Spain.

The ‘real’ me blog post was my most popular blog post EVER. Its simply a blog its a raw photo of me and explaining how I feel uncomfortable to show myself like this. It has 122 reads and 20 comments. You can read this blog post here.

I opened my street team on the 24th, this group will enable people to support me on my journey as well as gifts of thanks and other opportunities. I really hope many will help spread the word and help increase awareness of domestic abuse in the entertainment industry. Find out more about the street team here.

I received a Readers Favorite Award 5 Stars for Isolation Junction, I was very excited about this. The review was probably the most detailed review I have received and I was more than happy that the reviewer understood the concept of Isolation Junction. Read the review here.

What a way to spend the month, I am looking forward to February now.

Don’t miss out on any of my blog posts by following my blog in the right hand column.

So pleased for – and proud of – you xxx

I plan to buy a paper copy of Isolation Junction (even though I have my treasured copy on my kindle) and take it into the Womens Aid group where I join them occasionally on Mondays now that the courses are all over for me. I wish to donate a copy to them and I know the leaders there will show it to each new batch of women as they arrive for the start of their journeys xxxx
